The Arabian Best of Best Awards 2022 is organized and managed by Golden Tree Events Organizing and Managing, an ISO Certified Company, Licensed under Dubai Economic  in Dubai, UAE. 

Golden Tree is the world's largest award management company which organizes around 17 Award programs world-wide in 20+ industries. 

Over 3,000+ top brands from 100+ countries participated in the award programs organized by Golden Tree.

The nominations at Arabian Best of Best awards are self-basis. You or Your PR / Representative company can nominate your company or individual for the award program. 

We do not encourage 3rd party person to nominate your company.
Arabian Best of Best Awards is open to 20+ industries from the Arabian regions such as UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait. 

The following categories can participate/ Nominate at Arabian Best of Best Awards.
  • Companies form all the industries ( IT, Real Estates, Tourism, Agriculture, Education, Medical, Healthcare, Fitness, Automobile, Lifestyle, Furniture, Ecommerce Business, Food & Beverage, Beauty, Salon, Cosmetic, Chemical industry, Mechanical, Civil, Professional services & more )
  • Individuals   (Business Owner, Managing Directors, Managers , CEO,CMO, PR Director, PR Manager, HR Director, HR Manager, Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, Sales Director and Sales Manager)
  • Best Products ( Consumer products or B2B Products )
  • Non-Profit organization

There is NO Nomination fee or Entry fee for participating in this Arabian Best of Best Awards.
You can nominate your company up to 3 categories in Arabian Best of Best Awards 2022.

For the individual awards, You can nominate in 1 category.

The Arabian Best of Best Awards is open to all size of companies such as Startup companies to the Enterprises.  The size of the company does not matter.
Yes. We recommend to nominate different nominations under same account for the same company.

We strongly recommend to have a single login account for each company. You can nominate your company, your individuals & etc under the same account. But do NOT nominate the same company or individual for multiple times. Our system may delete the duplicate nominations automatically.

IMPORTANT:  You do not have to create a separate account for each nomination. You can manage all the nominations under one account.
The inspection requirement will be decided by our management & jury team. Depending on the competition for the particular category & nature of the business our team might request for the inspection.

If you nominate your company products then we may request the samples for the inspection purpose.

There might be an interview for the individual who participate in the award program.
Yes. You can change the category before the voting starts. 

You can not change the category once your nomination is moved into voting stage.

Voting

You will get 1 voting point for every unique vote you get on your voting page.

To encourage all our nominees, We offer some bonus points whenever you do campaigns to collect votes. So, You can claim these bonus points by submitting the relevant proof.

You just need to show some proof such as screenshot or URL of your campaign. 

Steps to claim your bonus points.
Step 1 : login to your AwardsPortal.org account.
Step 2 : Click "Claim Points" button on your account dashboard.
Step 3 : Submit the details along with proof.

 Our team will take 5 to 7 working days to review the details and approve /reject your claim points.
After the nomination,  Your nomination will be reviewed by our First level review team. Once they approve your nomination, You are eligible for the voting process.

Steps to start Voting Process : 
Step 1 : Login into your Awardsportal account.
Step 2 : You will see a voting link and a QR code in your dashboard.
Step 3 : Download voting materials such as Voting badge & Banner & etc.

You can share your voting link to all your clients / industry partners. Here are some tips for getting more votes.

  • Place your voting badge on your website. ( do not forget to link your voting page )
  • Place your voting badge on your email signature ( do not forget to link your voting page )
  • Share your voting Banners in Social media posts - Facebook & Instagram.
  • Share your voting URL in WhatsApp status.
  • Send an email to all your clients / industry partners to vote for you on your page.
  • Submit a Press Release (Free & Paid) about your participation in Arabian Best of Best Awards
  • Post a Blog on your website.
Claim Your Voting Points : You can also get some voting points when you submit the proof of your voting collection process /campaign This is additional points apart from your votes.


PR or Press Release is one of the powerful online media.

Here is a guideline to submit a PR:

Step 1: Write One or two  Page article about your nomination at the award program. do not forget to link our website https://arabianawards.com

Step 2: Mention the Award Program with Award website Link.

Step 3: Find the PR website and submit
Every company will get a UNIQUE voting link & page. The voting link will be available in your account.

 We request you to login to your Awardsportal.org account for getting your voting link, Voting QR Code.

You can share your voting link to your clients. They can vote on your voting page.  

Do NOT ask them to Nominate your Company.  Voting is DIFFERENT than nominating your company.


Yes. When you start getting votes from our clients, Our System (AI) also highlight your company to our website visitors for getting more votes.
Yes, You can track all your votes in your https://awardsportal.org account.

We share only the total counts and do not share the voter's details as per our privacy policy.
Yes, it is a Mandatory award procedure in the winner selection process.

We have a highly experienced jury team from multiple industries in Arabian region
There are two levels of jury review and selection process involved in the winner selection process.

We STRICTLY do not encourage that any of our nominees to speak to our judging panel about the nomination/voting / selection process.
There is NO money involved during the judging process.

We strongly recommend every nominee, NOT to approach our team with any monetary benefits. 

If we find any company approaches with any monetary benefits to increase their winning chance to our team then we will disqualify the nomination without any notice.

NO MONEY INVOLVED DURING THE JUDGING PROCESS
No. we do not share the jury name. Also to remind you that our judging process involves 2 to 3 rounds of evaluation and it is not just by 1 member in the jury panel.
Yes. If you have more than 15 years of professional experience then you can register as a jury on our website, our officials will review your application and advise you with further process.
 
Please refer the judging criteria in our website "Award Info" section. We have clearly mentioned the factors & weightage for each factors during our judging process.

There is NO Nomination Fee or NO Entry fee to make the competition open for everyone without any monetary barrier.

After Winning

You can start announcing the winner announcement to the entire world from 16-Dec-2022 ( after the Gala Ceremony ). Here is the procedure.

Stage 1 : Internal Announcement (28-Nov-2022) - We announce to all the winners about their winning.
Stage 2 : Order Winner package - Winners can order a winner package.
Stage 3 : Gala Ceremony - We announce the winners at the Gala Ceremony whoever attend the gala ceremony and order a winner package. We distribute Trophy, Medals & Plaques
Stage 4 : Public Announcement (16-dec-2022 onwards) - You & we announce the winners to public through various medium such as PR, Email communications, Social Media Platform & etc.

Note : If you are not able to attend the Gala Ceremony for any reasons, Still you can order a winner package and we shall deliver the Trophy, Plaque, Medal (as per the package) by courier.



The winners of Arabian Best of Best Awards are eligible to order a winner package with different inclusions.

We have scheduled the Winner announcements to all the winners on 28-Nov-2022.

The winners can book the  Winner Package which comes with Gala Ceremony Entry passes. We offer some complimentary gala invitation / entry passes  as a part of the Winner package.

We have  VERY LIMITED entry passes, Incase if the passes are not available then We will not be able to offer  Complimentary entry /pass.

You are free to use all the materials once you order the winner package.
Our Legal & compliance Team regularly checks our Winner's Website, Social Media Pages & Marketing related materials for the misuse of brand name.
You do not have the RIGHTS to change, modify, or create any winner badge using our Name, logo and Brand.
We highly recommend our winners to order a winner package since it comes with loads of benefits.
 
Incase if you do not order a winner package once you become one of the winner, all our jury team effort goes waste and the company who stands in your next position lose their winning opportunity.
 
Considering all these, if you do not order the winner package, You may lose the following benefits.
1). Complimentary nomination benefits for the following years (1 to 3 years depends on our management decision). However, you can go for premium nomination by paying the nomination fee (unfortunately no discounts)
2). Primary account manager facility will be withdrawn
3). Phone, WhatsApp Support will be unavailable. Only Email support will be provided.
4). You will lose complimentary Individual nominations in the following years.
We would like to highlight some important points
  • If you do not order the winner package, you will not be able to use Award Logo, Brand Name & winning news in any of your marketing materials or your product promotions.
  • Our Jury team and Management Team spends approximately 10 to 15 Hours for selecting 1 winner. There are a lot of process involved in the winner selection
  • If you do not utilize the award winning the next deserving winner will also lose the chance of promoting his/her product.
Considering all the above points, if you are a winner and if you do not wish to order winner package then you will miss out the following benefits.
  • Nomination / Registration Fee of AED 3200 is applicable for the further year Nominations.
  • Not eligible for Nominating Your company Individuals (GM / Directors / Sales / Marketing Team) on Complimentary Basis.
