When can we publish the winning to our Clients ?
You can start announcing the winner announcement to the entire world from 16-Dec-2022 ( after the Gala Ceremony ). Here is the procedure.

Stage 1 : Internal Announcement (28-Nov-2022) - We announce to all the winners about their winning.
Stage 2 : Order Winner package - Winners can order a winner package.
Stage 3 : Gala Ceremony - We announce the winners at the Gala Ceremony whoever attend the gala ceremony and order a winner package. We distribute Trophy, Medals & Plaques
Stage 4 : Public Announcement (16-dec-2022 onwards) - You & we announce the winners to public through various medium such as PR, Email communications, Social Media Platform & etc.

Note : If you are not able to attend the Gala Ceremony for any reasons, Still you can order a winner package and we shall deliver the Trophy, Plaque, Medal (as per the package) by courier.



What is the winner’s package?
The winners of Arabian Best of Best Awards are eligible to order a winner package with different inclusions.

The winner package includes the below
  • Complimentary Gala Ceremony Tickets ( Please refer winner package at https://arabianawards.com/wp-kit  ) 
    Gala Ceremony tickets are subject to availability at the time of payment 
  • RIGHTS TO USE Arabian Best of Best Awards Logo, Brand Name. Use it in all your promotional Materials
  • Winner Trophy
  • Winner Plaque
  • Winner Badge - Digital
  • Winner Certificate - Digital.
  • List your company on our Awards Portal
  • Posting your profile with winning category on our Social media platforms ( FB, Instagram & Linkedin)
When can I book Gala Ceremony Package ?
We have scheduled the Winner announcements to all the winners on 28-Nov-2022.

The winners can book the  Winner Package which comes with Gala Ceremony Entry passes. We offer some complimentary gala invitation / entry passes  as a part of the Winner package.

We have  VERY LIMITED entry passes, Incase if the passes are not available then We will not be able to offer  Complimentary entry /pass.

But still you can order a winner package enjoy the benefits of winning. We shall courier all the winner package items such as Trophy, Medal, Plaque & etc..,  You will only miss to attend the event.
Can I publish my winning to my clients or post in social media without purchasing a winner package?
No. Winners are NOT allowed to use the Arabian Best of Best Awards Logo, Brand Name or any materials related to the award.  

Rights to use Arabian Best of Best Awards Logo, Name, Website or any other materials related to award program are a part of the Winner Package. You are free to use all the materials once you purchase the winner package.
What happens if the Gala Ceremony passes not available after confirming the Winner's Package ?
We have very limited Gala Ceremony passes and if the passes are not available, Still you can order a winner package, You will receive the following as part of the package.
  • Rights to use the Award logo, name 
  • Rights to announce your winning 
  • Digital Winner Certificate
  • Digital Winner Badge
  • Winner Trophy (as per the package)
  • Winner Plaque (as per the package)
  • Listing on our Award Portal
  • Social Media posting.
Note : If you are not able attend the gala ceremony due to any reasons you can still order the winners package - . Shipping charges will not be collected extra in this case.But local duty, taxes, delivery fees, customs etc has to be taken care by the winner .

We got announcement that we are a winner. Shall we publish it to our clients?
After purchasing the winner package, you are free to announce your winning to the entire world.

Please note that you are requested to announce after 16-Dec-2022 ( after our gala ceremony announcement )
Can I use the Arabian Best of Best Awards Logo, Brand Name without buying Winner Package?
No. Winners are NOT allowed to use Arabian Best of Best Awards Logo, Brand Name or any materials related to the Awards until they order a Winner package.

Rights to use the Arabian Best of Best Awards Logo, Name, Website or any other materials related to award program is a part of the Winner Package.

You are free to use all the materials once you order the winner package.
Our Legal & compliance Team regularly checks our Winner's Website, Social Media Pages & Marketing related materials for the misuse of brand name.
Can I design the Winner badge on my own?
You do not have the RIGHTS to change, modify, or create any winner badge using our Name, logo and Brand.
What do I lose if I do not order a winner package?
We highly recommend our winners to order a winner package since it comes with loads of benefits.
 
Incase if you do not order a winner package once you become one of the winner, all our jury team effort goes waste and the company who stands in your next position lose their winning opportunity.
 
Considering all these, if you do not order the winner package, You may lose the following benefits.
1). Complimentary nomination benefits for the following years (1 to 3 years depends on our management decision). However, you can go for premium nomination by paying the nomination fee (unfortunately no discounts)
2). Primary account manager facility will be withdrawn
3). Phone, WhatsApp Support will be unavailable. Only Email support will be provided.
4). You will lose complimentary Individual nominations in the following years.
We are a winner but we do not want to proceed with Winner Package. What do we lose?
We would like to highlight some important points
  • If you do not order the winner package, you will not be able to use Award Logo, Brand Name & winning news in any of your marketing materials or your product promotions.
  • Our Jury team and Management Team spends approximately 10 to 15 Hours for selecting 1 winner. There are a lot of process involved in the winner selection
  • If you do not utilize the award winning the next deserving winner will also lose the chance of promoting his/her product.
Considering all the above points, if you are a winner and if you do not wish to order winner package then you will miss out the following benefits.
  • Nomination / Registration Fee of AED 3200 is applicable for the further year Nominations.
  • Not eligible for Nominating Your company Individuals (GM / Directors / Sales / Marketing Team) on Complimentary Basis.
