What counts as a complete Arabian Awards nomination for 2027
We read every entry before the jury does. A complete one answers three questions without us writing back to ask: what the business does, what changed in the last 12 months, and who can confirm it.
You can nominate your own business, or a client or colleague can nominate it for you. There is no public voting. An independent jury scores every entry on merit against our published criteria.
Hotels, professional services, real estate, marketing, education and travel send us the most entries. The criteria are identical for all of them.
Every nominee can enter one award programme in one category at no cost. Paid plans start at USD 299 and add programmes, categories and competition levels. No plan and no payment changes a jury score. Referees are the part people skip. We do contact them. A client who can describe the work beats a trade body letter.
How to finish in 20 minutes
Fill in the first screen and your entry is saved against your email address. We send a link back that reopens the same draft. Find your certificate or revenue figure, then return and finish.
Four things slow people down: choosing between two categories, hunting for last year's figures, writing the results section cold, and waiting on a referee. Decide the category first.
Across our 553 categories, the quickest entries are the ones where the category was obvious. Best Property Management Company, Best Beauty Salon and Best Insurance Broker each name one line of business. So do Best Luxury Real Estate Agency, Best Shipping & Logistics Company and Best Event Management Company.
Here is what we see in practice. About half of first drafts describe the company and never state a result. The jury's longest arguments are about two entries with similar figures, where only one names a source we can check.

The current window closes on 15 October 2026. The jury reads and scores entries between 20 September and 20 October 2026. Winners are confirmed internally between 3 and 30 October 2026, and the gala follows on 14 November 2026 at the Westin Marina Hotel, Dubai.
Entries that arrive after the window join the next cycle. Three 2027 galas are already fixed: Dubai 15 May 2027, Bangkok 15 July 2027 and Dubai again 10 November 2027. Every stage is listed on the Golden Tree award schedule.
We have published 919 winners between 2022 and 2026 across 20 countries. The seven largest are the United Arab Emirates with 595, Saudi Arabia 122, Qatar 64, Oman 45, Kuwait 37, Bahrain 16 and Egypt 12. Our winner directory lists them by country and year.

What is the 2027 deadline?
The current window closes on 15 October 2026. Entries submitted by that date are scored by the jury between 20 September and 20 October 2026, and winners are confirmed internally between 3 and 30 October 2026. Anything that arrives later joins the next cycle instead.
Can I edit after submitting?
Yes, until the window closes. The saved link we email you reopens your draft, so you can change the category, replace a file or correct a figure. After 15 October 2026 your entry is locked for scoring, and any change has to go through our awards team.
What happens next?
You get a confirmation email, then a check from us for anything missing. Scoring runs from 20 September to 20 October 2026 against our published criteria. Winners are told privately between 3 and 30 October 2026, ahead of the gala on 14 November 2026 at the Westin Marina Hotel, Dubai.
