The nomination form has three sections: nominator details (your information), nominee details (the entity or individual being nominated), and supporting narrative (300–500 words explaining why the nominee deserves recognition in the chosen category).
Each section saves automatically as you complete it. You can leave the form and return; your progress is preserved for 14 days.
After submission, you will receive a verification email asking for supporting documents. Recommended: one case study with named customers and quantified outcomes, one piece of credible third-party validation, and one piece of financial substantiation where appropriate.

Eligibility is broad. Any business with substantive Arabian region presence is eligible. Listed, private, family, holding, subsidiary, startup, or international groups with regional operations all qualify.
Specific sub-categories may have specific requirements (e.g., revenue thresholds for headline business categories), but most categories have no minimum revenue, headcount, or capital threshold.
Confirmation email within 48 hours, verification within 5 business days, sub-jury evaluation in 4–6 weeks, shortlist notification approximately 6 weeks before the Gala. Final reveal happens live at the 2026 Gala on 14 November.
Submitting earlier in the cycle does not advantage outcomes but does maximize the iteration time available for supporting materials.
Common mistakes that weaken otherwise strong submissions: vague claims without specific numbers, category mismatch, excessive humility or excessive grandiosity, sending no supporting materials or sending fifteen lightly relevant ones, and submitting on the final day before close without iteration time.
Most of these are avoidable with simple discipline. The strongest submissions are reviewed by someone other than the original author before sending.
