The terms that govern your use of the Arabian Best of Best Awards platform, including nomination submission and gala participation.
Last updated: 01 January 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Arabian Best of Best Awards website, nomination platform, gala registration and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.
To submit a nomination or register for the gala, you must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to act on behalf of the business or individual you are nominating. Nominations of third parties without authorization may be disqualified.
You warrant that all information you submit is accurate and complete. You authorize us to verify any submitted information through reasonable means including direct outreach to the nominee, customers, regulators or independent data providers. Submission of a nomination does not guarantee shortlisting or selection. All selection decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
Some categories may carry administrative or audit fees, which will be clearly displayed before payment. Fees are non refundable except as required by law. Gala tickets and sponsorship packages are subject to separate terms set out at the point of purchase.
Winners are granted a non exclusive, non transferable, royalty free licence to use the official winner logo and the relevant award title in marketing materials for twelve months from the date of the gala, subject to brand usage guidelines we will provide. Misuse of the logo or title may result in revocation of the licence.
The Arabian Best of Best Awards name, logo, trophy designs, jury insignia and website content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit these assets without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of materials you submit but grant us a worldwide, royalty free licence to use, reproduce, edit and publish such materials for the purpose of evaluating nominations and promoting the awards and winners.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access them through unauthorized means, submitting false information, attempting to disrupt or compromise security, or using the Services to violate any law.
The Services may contain links to third party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third party sites.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Arabian Best of Best Awards, its officers, jurors, partners and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
